We work with premium ranges and leading brands for each discipline: DH (Scott, Giant, Cube), Enduro (Giant), Gravel (Giant), E-bike (Cube), Road Gold range (Scott, BMC) and Road Platinum range (Colnago, BMC). All bikes are serviced and adjusted daily, so you only need to arrive, pick up and start riding.

The rental includes everything you need to ride from minute one: serviced and adjusted bike, pedals (your choice of type, or bring your own) and helmet. Road, gravel and e-bikes also include a saddle bag with inner tube, tyre levers, pump and multi-tool. If you need protections or other extras, you can easily add them during booking.

You can pick up your bike at two points: Viladomat La Massana (5 minutes from Vallnord Bike Park, ideal for MTB, E-MTB, Gravel and Road) or Intersport, depending on the pickup point selected in your booking. The bike must be returned to the same pickup point.

Yes, subject to availability and on request. We recommend confirming directly with the store to make sure your model is available the afternoon before your rental start date. That way you can hit the trails first thing in the morning with no queues.

Between 80 and 120 km per charge in real Andorran conditions (1,500-1,800 m of vertical) with mixed Eco / Tour / Sport use. Our Cube e-bikes mount batteries up to 800 Wh, perfect for long rides with elevation. For more demanding journeys we can offer range extenders as an optional extra.

To access Vallnord Bike Park you need: a DH bike (200 mm travel) or Enduro (160-170 mm) approved for the park, full-face helmet (mandatory), protections (recommended: knee pads minimum, ideally chest and elbow), long-finger gloves and the Bike Park pass, purchased directly at the resort. All protections are available as an extra and our DH and Enduro bikes are park-approved.

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the rental start date. To cancel, email us with your booking number and our team will confirm the cancellation and refund.

Fast-Lane is the priority access for customers with online bookings: skip the queue, straight to the counter. It's key in July and August, when general-counter queues can get significantly longer. The best way to save time in peak season.

Yes, we have a full junior range: E-bike JR, Enduro JR (approved for Bike Park) and Cross Country JR (24"). Every kids' rental includes a full-face helmet at no extra cost. Ideal to introduce the little ones to MTB or to enjoy the Bike Park as a family.

Optional warranty at €15/day covering wheels, rims and spokes, punctures, brakes and brake levers. Strongly recommended, especially for DH and Enduro in the Bike Park, where components are subjected to more demanding use.

Yes, no problem. We fit your pedals (SPD, SPD-SL, Look) free of charge. We can also swap the saddle if you bring yours, subject to compatibility with the bike model. If you bring a bottle cage, bike computer or power meter, we'll also fit them at no charge.

Yes, e-bikes are allowed on the Vallnord Bike Park gondola with a surcharge on the standard pass. A popular option to combine assisted pedalling on Enduro/Trail with gravity descents. Check Bike Park prices directly with the resort.

The season runs from May to October. The best months are June and September (fewer crowds and ideal weather). July and August are the busiest, so we recommend booking in advance. For road bikes: May-October, with Port d'Envalira open almost year-round except during snow.
